It's time for spring training. Are you ready to play on the A Team?

Signs of spring are evident, the Pandemic is ebbing, opportunities are emerging, and hope is rising. What a change from where we were 12 months ago!

For us baseball fans, this is spring training time, when rookies, players coming into their prime, and veterans come together to work on their skills and improve their game. That's what's happening with my clients: I am seeing renewed energy and focus on improvement. We are now working to lay and execute growth plans rather than focusing on avoiding loss and trying to pivot. This is refreshing!  I am very happy to be able to be a key guide in this process.

From my perch, I am repeatedly seeing the value of being coached and working from a well-thought-out plan. Research shows that most business leaders who are coached report a positive return on investment and gains in productivity, better performance, revenue growth, and more.* I can cite examples of clients who are exponentially growing their client base, developing and operating business development processes that work, focusing on what's most important rather than chasing shiny objects, sharpening their branding and offerings, introducing innovative new approaches, and much more that is positive for them and their businesses.

How about you?

Engaging a business coach is a big decision. The relationship requires trust, commitment, and investment. I work to help potential clients understand my credentials and experience, how I go about coaching, the commitment required, what the client can expect from me, and the likely results. To learn more about my coaching, check out the business coaching page on my firm's website.

I offer both individual, one-on-one weekly coaching and monthly group coaching. Both deliver great value! I encourage you to ask me to help you explore what might be right for you, whether I ultimately become your coach or you decide to go another direction. Most important in my mind is that you gain the value of being coached!

I rely on streamlined processes and smart time management to help assure that the cost of working with a coach is not a barrier to getting the benefits of being coached. To that end, I think that my newly enhanced group coaching program is something that you ought to seriously consider.

Strategic Business Leader Group Benefits v2.png

As the exhibit above shows, my enhanced Strategic Business Leader Group Coaching Program offers group members a dozen solid benefits...for just $175 a month. If you had to obtain the benefits shown above separately, they could cost you upwards of $7,000 a year just for the equivalent individual coaching sessions and plan development.

I like to think of a coached group as the A Team for the members. We are leveling up, with the help of a coach, and playing as an increasingly capable team to help improve one another's businesses and results.

Here's your opportunity to join the A Team!

Starting on April 6, from 8:30 am - Noon, my new monthly First Tuesday Strategic Business Leader Group will begin to meet. (My two existing monthly groups are close to full - it's time to launch a third monthly group so I can help more people work toward their vision for great success.)

This is your opportunity to jump into a new group of like-minded leaders and professionals, led by a experienced coach and strategist, to develop strongly supportive relationships and best business practices from the ground up.

If the idea of joining interests you, please contact me (leepublish@gmail.com) or complete the contact form on my website so I know you are interested and want to communicate with me. You can also schedule our planning session right now if you have already determined that you want to participate: Here's my calendar scheduling link.

Don't wait!

My groups are capped at 10 non-competing members. I have seats open at this time, but expect them to be filling up over the next few weeks as I present the opportunity to appropriate business owners, leaders, and professionals. I have set a March 19 deadline to recruit participants: After that I will need time to sit with each new member to develop their initial plan and to structure the group and initiate group communications.

I hope to hear from you and would love to work with you to bring your business to the next level and to your vision of great success!
